We used hikvision cameras. We would like to send HDMI signal to your unit over the internet hardwired two a smart TV. Giving it an IP address so that loads the cameras that we select for the TV to see. Without there being any latency we would be using their and nvr to your unit the Thor

Regardless there will be latency if this is over Public Internet, the encoder, and decoder also add latency. Also you'll probably have to use an IP-STB as the stores within TV's do not allow for downloads of such apps on purpose. We interested in a solution to transmit HDMI signal from one location to another over the public Internet (trough Firewalls etc...) That particular H-H264-E is only just the encoder side; using this unit over the public internet. It also requires very good public internet for transmission of the IPTV.
