The ThoriumIP-12 is a professional 12-channel HDMI to IP encoder designed to make IPTV distribution simple, efficient, and easy to install.

Connect up to 12 HDMI video sources, including satellite receivers, cable boxes, media players, computers, and other HDMI devices, and convert them into Full HD H.264 IPTV streams for distribution over an Ethernet network.

Unlike traditional IPTV encoders that require manual receiver configuration, the ThoriumIP-12 is part of an intelligent IPTV ecosystem with automatic channel discovery.

Compatible ThoriumIP set-top boxes and Android TV applications automatically detect available IPTV channels and display their assigned names, eliminating the need to enter individual multicast addresses or IPTV playlists on each television.

How ThoriumIP-12 Works

1. Connect Up to 12 HDMI Sources

Connect your HDMI video sources to the encoder. Each input can be converted into an independent Full HD IPTV channel.

2. Assign Your Channel Names

Use the encoder's web management interface to assign recognizable names to your IPTV channels.

3. Connect to Your Ethernet Network

Connect the encoder's Gigabit Ethernet DATA port to your network switch.

The encoder distributes IPTV streams using UDP or RTP over multicast or unicast networks.

4. Connect Your Televisions

Choose between two convenient options:

Connect a ThoriumIP-BOX to a standard HDMI television. The receiver automatically discovers compatible IPTV channels on the local network.
