How It Works:

The device takes the DVI output from a source (such as a computer or workstation) and converts it into a signal suitable for fiber optic transmission. At the receiving end, the signal is decoded back to DVI, and the RS232 data is used to extend control functions, enabling the remote user to interact with the system as if they were directly at the source.
