The H-16HD-TV-TX/RX operates with near-zero latency, typically in the range of approximately 0.001 seconds (1 ms) or less.
Because the system does not perform encoding or compression, the delay is extremely minimal and suitable for real-time video monitoring applications.
No — this is not an encoder/decoder system.
The unit performs a direct electrical-to-optical signal conversion, meaning:
This allows for instantaneous signal transmission with no processing delay.
Yes the system is designed for true real-time video transmission.
Since the signal is directly converted to optical and transmitted over fiber, the delay is effectively limited only by the speed of light through fiber, making it ideal for:
No, latency remains constant regardless of channel count.
All channels are transmitted simultaneously, and adding more video inputs does not introduce additional delay.
Due to the extremely low latency, it is often below the measurable threshold of standard test equipment used for encoded systems.
However, a practical estimate is:
Yes — the H-16HD-TV-TX/RX is sold as a complete set, including:
No additional units are required for operation.
The system itself does not perform encryption.
Fiber video transmission devices like this are designed to be transparent signal converters, meaning:
If encryption is required, it must be implemented using external encoding or security systems before transmission.
Due to its ultra-low latency and uncompressed transmission, this system is ideal for:
Unlike IP or encoder-based solutions:
This results in:
2 HD-TVI 1080p Video Optical Converter
2 HD-TVI Video over Fiber Converters can simultaneously transmit 2 channels of AHD/TVI/CVI video over fiber. Two HD-TVI - AHD-H, AHD-M, AHD-L / HD-TVI 720P & 1080P / HD-CVI 720P & 1080P
