We have a customer (hotel). They have 8 gym machines, and each machine has an analog TV with NTSC RF input. All the TV services in the hotel are based on IPTV UDP streams (H.264), so the customer requires equipment able to receive the IP streams on the input, downscale them to NTSC, and output 8 channels on the RF output so the customer can take that output into a splitter and connect each splitter's output to each of the eight machines. There is no encryption on the IP streams. If you have the solution, then please send me a quotation indicating the estimated lead time in factory.
