The H-AV-MPEG2-E Encoder is an SD-SDI or Baseband Video/Audio MPEG-2 encoder with either DVB ASI or IP Network output. The unit offers a high quality output while maintaining a managable bit rate of 1.5 to 15 Mbps. The H-AV-MPEG2-E is a complete hardware encoding solution with time based correction circuitry that adapts to signal sources that are low in quality.
