The H-AV-MPEG2-E Encoder is an SD-SDI or baseband video/audio MPEG-2 encoder with either DVB ASI or IP network output. The unit offers a high-quality output while maintaining a manageable bit rate of 1.5 to 15 Mbps. The H-AV-MPEG2-E is a complete hardware encoding solution with time-based correction circuitry that adapts to signal sources that are low in quality.
