This product takes the HDMI signal from your computer's graphics card and outputs digital RF signals like ATSC or QAM, not analog RF. You can scan your TVs, and it will find digital channels up to 1080p/60.
The only thing you need to check is whether your TVs support digital signals because it will not work with analog TVs. If you have an analog TV, we do have a solution, but it will never be in HD, just old analog RF.
To do that, we have Digital QAM/ATSC STBs with Analog RF NTSC Output Channel 3 or 4 that you can use as an analog RF source.
Petit HDMI RF MODULATOR
This is a smaller version of the popular H-HDMI-CC-RF unit which has HDMI Input up to full HD 1080p/60, supports QAM/ ATSC/ DVB-T/ ISDB-T modulation standards. All the Video / Audio encoding parameters and modulation channels are controlled via 10/100 Standard Ethernet and Web interface. This unit can be mounted vertically or horizontally on a rack mount cage panel for up to 12 units side by side.
