TVI you can shop around because it is an open platform. The TVI (Transport Video Interface) will become the new analog. I would suggest a different unit, H-1HD-1D-TVI-TX/RX - CVBS/TVI - over fiber.
It definitely supports Black Burst analog reference signal, and it should also support Tri-Level,because Tri-Level is very similar to Black Burst.
We have tested the same unit, H-1HD-1D-TVI-TX/RX, with Word Clock signals at rates of 44.1kHz, 48kHz, 88.2kHz, and 96kHz, and it passes accurately.
So, you can definitely use it for Word Clock signal over fiber applications.
