Regardless there will be latency if this is over Public Internet, the encoder, and decoder also add latency. Also you'll probably have to use an IP-STB as the stores within TV's do not allow for downloads of such apps on purpose. That particular H-H264-E is only just the encoder side; using this unit over the public internet. It also requires very good public internet for transmission of the IPTV.
