Yes, absolutely, the camera is able to stream video as an RTMP and RTSP streams, the RTMP is usually used for direct streaming to services like youtube or Facebook. You can use RTSP streaming to strem to your local PC running OBS or any different streaming software.

Type RTSP syntex, on our camera should be rtsp://192.168.1.162:8554, the 192.168.1.162 is our defalt Ip adrerss, it can be change to any difrent , the 8554 is a default port number . Please note your PC IP adress need to be on the same subnet as our cameras , For examle, if our camera is 192.168.1.162, than you should set your NIC card IP adress 192.168.1.XX, the XX is a 1-254 but it has to be unique on the network.
Yes, you can slow down the speed. 1. Plug in your computer to the NMS port of the device on the back of the camera. 2. You have to use a static IP address if you don't know how to do that https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TogiV2mxAUc&t=7s you can look at this video from time 1:30 to 3:30 for the instructions on how to setup static IP address. (this video is for the petit but the IP numbers will work for you) 3. once you have completed this process you can open your web browser and type in 192.168.1.162 (if you want to preview what the camera is seeing then you must use Internet Explorer and install the ActiveX file right under the login window that is in blue "File") 4. Login with Username: admin Password: admin. 5. Under PTZ on the Preview screen there is a sliding - + scale under the arrows and drag it towards the - to slow it down
