Encode 8 Stereo or 16 Mono Audio Channels to IP & ASI

Thor The Thor H-8A-ENC is an encoder for analog audio signals. The unit features 8 pairs of unbalanced stereo audio, or 16 mono inputs on BNC terminals. Each channel can be independently controlled and gain values set. Encoding is preformed via the MPEG1 Layer 2 codec with multiple bit rates supported. Once the audio is compressed, it is provided on both ASI and Network audio stream outputs. All settings and control features are available on both a front LCD keypad and through a web browser via an integrated web server. Contact a sales representative for more information.

Question:
I need to ask about your 8 channel stereo audio encoder. We have a fitness club chain that is wanting to stream its FM Radio broadcasts to its members so that they can listen on our consoles instead of having to bring in a personal FM radio receiver. They have anywhere from four to eight FM stations (depending on the club) and we need to get this information onto the network in multicast so that an android app running on our console can find it and play it back. Of course, it would be even better if you had an all in one solution of FM to IP, but, the 8 ch stereo audio encoder is the hardest part of the equation.
