Question and Answers

Answer:
Thank you for your inquiry.

This product takes the HDMI signal from your computer's graphics card and outputs digital RF signals like ATSC or QAM, not analog RF. You can scan your TVs, and it will find digital channels up to 1080p/60.

The only thing you need to check is whether your TVs support digital signals because it will not work with analog TVs. If you have an analog TV, we do have a solution, but it will never be in HD, just old analog RF.

To do that, we have Digital QAM/ATSC STBs with Analog RF NTSC Output Channel 3 or 4 that you can use as an analog RF source.

Answer:
Thank you for your inquiry about our Digital RF  Modulator.

Yes, the unit can be used to broadcast on an unused channel using the same coax cable that currently has service from a cable provider. To do this, you will need to generate a channel that is not in use with the similar RF power as your cable. You can then use a 2 to 1 combiner to merge the two signals together. When the TV rescans your RF input, it will discover all your cable channels and the additional generated channel by the Petit modulator.

Please note that our Digital RF Pocket Modulator is currently out of stock. However, you can use any of our different Pattits modulators, which are available at the following links:
