This is 4 HDMI low latency LAN encoder and WAN streamer, utilizing H.264 encoding, AC3 or MPEG1 Audio encoding
It can be used as a 4 ch HDMI or 4ch CVBS, or a mix of both, IP streaming device. Ideally used for UDP/RTP multicast over LAN or It could be used as streaming device over public internet WAN using HLS, HTTP. RTMP
Easy to use and simple to setup; this single 1RU chassis has been designed to stream MPEG4 video directly to websites like Youtube and Facebook for streaming applications.
Low latency and minimal bit rate lets you stream up to 1080p quickly and efficiently through Thor Brodcast's newest multi channel encoder with procotols needed by most social media.

H-SPARTAN-4 4CH HDMI/CVBS/USB Video Audio encoder Streamer to IPTV; UDP, RTP, RTSP, HLS, HTTP, RTMP

IPTV encoders are a valuable piece of infrastructure for transmitting multiple channels or programs over a LAN easily, generally in H264. However, it is essential to use a decoding apparatus like an IP-STB that can receive those programs via IP addresses in H264 and output the signal via HDMI to a television or screen.
Our encoders can be used with our IP STBs (set-top boxes) - IP to HDMI decoders.

If you need a solid 4 HDMI input unit for encoding to H264 https://thorbroadcast.com/product/4-8-16-24-hdmi-iptv-streaming-8230.html/213 If you need 4 HDMI to MPEG2 encoding for IPTV https://thorbroadcast.com/product/4-hdmi-component-hd-to-coax-and-iptv-hd-8230.html/21 We also have another MPEG4 unit with different protocols. https://thorbroadcast.com/product/4-or-8-hdmi-inputs-h264-network-encoder-udp-unicast-multicast-rtsp-8230-2.html/36 So essentially we have several options, but in order to determine the best fit for your application, it would help if you could provide more information. However, for an HDMI to IP solution, any of the above encoders will work for you. Questions: MPEG2 or H264? Streaming protocol: UDP RTP RTSP HLS RTMP HTTP???? What kind of audio? Multicast? What resolution? Is the video going to a LAN or WAN?
In order to send the stream over the public internet, please follow these steps:

Those compact STB's can be found here:

Keep in mind you'll need 11, or however many screens you have. Then expansion is very simple, just adding one to the network each time a new display is added.

Here’s a simple explanation of how multicast works:
In multicast, the modulator sends one copy of each video stream to the network.
IGMP (Internet Group Management Protocol) allows TVs (or set-top boxes) to join or leave specific multicast groups (each stream has its own multicast IP).
Your switch/router forwards the stream only to the ports/devices that requested it, which keeps the network efficient.
So, whether 1 TV or 100's or 1000's TVs are watching the same stream, the modulator sends it just once, no extra bandwidth used.
Regarding your specific equipment:
The H-4ADH-QAM-IPLL has a 100 Mbps port, so you could safely transmit 4 IPTV streams 18 Mbps per stream
The H-Spartan-4, with its 1 Gbps port, can easily handle high-bitrate streams without issu
